Velocity Groups

About Velocity Groups

This program is built for the ongoing progression of athletes, no matter what position they play. EPA instructors will work with 10-16 athletes in small groups, teaching them what they need in the immediate, as well as for their future selves.

To ensure athletes receive the content best suited for their age and ability, EPA offers two versions of the Velocity program.

  1. Velocity Performance Training (13U-18U)
  2. Baseball Performance Training (9U-12U)

Why join Elevate’s Velocity Groups?

Learn methods proven to boost velocity from instructors who have experienced it. Last year, high school athletes gained 2-4 mph in just 6 weeks! Even better, they carried the velo and new skills into successful school and summer seasons. While these specific results aren’t guaranteed, your athlete will receive the tools to throw harder, regardless of their position.

Who is instructing?

EPA has a staff of instructors that have college and professional playing experience and have turned into effective teachers of their craft.
